What medication should I do?

Hello, I'm 19 and I want to be a doctor, but I doubt that the ability to finish. I always wanted to be one, but never really had the poufs to go … I have a grade C GCSE in a few, I have a level 2 national title in the professional kitchen (do not ask) and Level 3 National Award + certificate in the media (again, do not ask). I am also an NVQ Level 2 in Social care and health of my work as a caregiver. I am ready to go to another camp, but do not want to be stuck in a bog standard wage, no possibility of promotion. I'm sure I can do, but I have no idea where to start. I asked UCAS for university but people tell me that college courses are not as practical nursing schools doctor. Am I a disadvantage if I go to college? Where to begin to implement and what careers are there for me?
