Does anyone know of a good web-based marketing tool that is ideal for a small business?
I am the marketing coordinator for a small business, and we are searching for a web-based marketing tool that costs around $50/month to use. We need something very simple and easy to use with calendar, lead-management, document sharing and budget functions that we can manage on a project-by-project basis. So far, every program I have found is either too expensive with unnecessary features, or in our price range but doesn’t have all the features we need. Can anyone help?
P.S. We do not need any features for social media or e-mail marketing.

What do businesses look for when outsourcing projects?
I have an interview for a medical retailer that has asked me to build a database entry application and a few client portals.
They want to see previous sites I’ve worked on and the problem is all I have done are a project management application and social media plugin, I’ve never really worked on any sort of static web page or client portal, Although I have sufficient knowledge to create both, I usually just use Wordpress or Drupal because it’s easy and saves me time.
Does anyone have any suggestions about what sort of sites I should create to impress a large company? Should I just do a few simple squeeze pages or is that too… amateurish?
If I can get a few sites done in 2 weeks, I’d greatly increase my chances of landing this contract and I’d be willing to work for free if anyone has an attractive idea or product.
