Under the Department of Homeland Security media monitoring capability, Big Sis uses certain criteria to determine items of interest (IOI) that make us enemies of the Federal government. When the central government monitors us, what level of access does Big Sis have when monitoring our accounts? Is it safe to assume the central government has complete administrator access to our personal Facebook, Twitter and other social media accounts when scanning our accounts for IOI?
